Sphere activation - Brand Take Over

Booking.com

In 2024, Booking.com took over Sphere — the world’s largest LED screen — becoming a highly visible presence across the Las Vegas skyline.

By leveraging Sphere’s iconic visibility, the activation launched across four distinct bursts and was designed to make Booking.com top of mind for American travellers, highlighting the breadth of the brand’s accommodation offering across the US. The takeover positioned Booking.com as an authentic and unmistakable part of the Las Vegas landscape — bold and impossible to miss.

Bringing the activation to Life

As Creative Lead for the activation, I partnered closely with the Sphere creative team to bring the four bursts to life, shaping the execution from concept through to final delivery. Working at this scale came with unique challenges: Sphere’s curved LED surface, strict content controls, and demanding technical requirements meant every creative decision had to be carefully considered.

The content needed to be produced at ultra-high resolution, with bespoke post-production workflows to ensure visuals remained seamless and distortion-free across the curved screen. I briefed and collaborated closely with Sphere’s creative and technical teams to ensure the execution stayed true to the original creative idea, represented the brand assets accurately, and made Booking.com stand out within such a visually powerful environment.

Alongside the Sphere takeover, we extended the activation across social channels to maximise visibility and impact beyond the Las Vegas skyline.

The takeover delivered a bold, high-impact brand moment creating lasting awareness at an unprecedented scale.
